| WILLIAM COCKBURN, D.C. was licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic at Cleveland
College of Chiropractic in 1975. The same year he completed a course of
study at the Los Angeles College of Law. In 1976, Dr. Cockburn became a
Board Certified Disability Evaluator and Impairment Rater for the State
of California. He chaired the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Cleveland
Chiropractic College, and where he also taught chiropractic pediatrics and
X-ray diagnosis. Dr. Cockburn is the former Academic Dean of Physicians
Academy in Dallas, Texas, a school of advanced diagnostic and clinical procedures
for graduate physicians. In 1987, Dr. Cockburn became Board Certified in
Thermal Imaging, a non-invasive diagnostic technique.
